EASY OPERATION: The deep fryer is designed with 60-minute timer and temperature control knobs, allowing you to simply turn the knobs to choose the right temperature and set the cooking time based on your frying needs. Additionally, the oil deep fryer is equipped with U-shaped 304 stainless steel heating tubes for evenly heat distribution. The temperature range is 140℉ - 392℉. PLEASE NOTE: The deep fryer requires AT LEAST a 16A OUTLET to support it.

11.4QT CAPACITY: The maximum tank capacity of the electric fryer is 11.4QT/10.8L, with a recommended oil capacity of up to 6.85QT/6.48L, making it suitable for both home and commercial use.
